George Herriman, creator of Krazy Kat comics, drew the most remarkable backgrounds to the adventures of Krazy and Ignatz. Here are some drawings of trees based on those in his cartoons from the 1930s.

I have started drawing girls with exaggerated teeth & mouths, which makes them slightly scary looking. The title is a play on words - toothsome does not have anything to do with teeth, but means sexy.
